I have never really added up my cals, fats, carbs, and proteins. they are

3,501 cals
130.1 fats
211.5 carbs
375.2 protein
How do those numbers look? my diet consists of whey, oats, chicken, yams, brown rice, and ground beef. Anything you would add or take out? I eat this over 5 meals a day. Thanks.

more carbs less protein is what i would say ur fat is 33.4% carbs 24.1% protein 42.85 protien is a lil high id make it more like
350g protein making protein 40% that's the highest u should go
236.5g carbs
130.1g fat
