Im currently on a bulk. I started on 133lbs and are now up to approx 144lbs.
As expected im gaining some fat on my stomache, abit too much according to myself. Im just wondering how long i should bulk up for before i start the cutting phase. My goal is to weigh 155lbs by the summer. And the current plan is to bulk up for 5 months, then cut for 1 month. Does this sound realistic?
I dont know how ppl cut, if they go 1month up, 2 weeks down or 2 months up, 1 month down etc.. Is it allright to bulk for 5 months or am i gonna gain alot of fat that's gonna be hard to cut off afterward? What's the normal Bulk:Cut ratio?
