Been eating that stuff for past 5 years and haven't felt anything negative. Cheap and convenient protein

thought USDA advised against eating 1 serving of tuna more then twice a week.

I eat about 4 cans per week, usually in a sandwich

I read somewhere on these very forums that the white tuna is the one with high mercury levels, and yellow tuna is safe(r).. I'm sure either is fine, but if you're worried, maybe stick to the yellow tuna
