    USDA is CRAP they also say high protein diets are not a good idea and low fat is the way to go...i think we both know that' FALSE\

    it's fine there' some mercury in it so i eat it 4x a week not everyday but go with what the first guy said he's seen no harm

    I read somewhere on these very forums that the white tuna is the one with high mercury levels, and yellow tuna is safe(r).. I'm sure either is fine, but if you're worried, maybe stick to the yellow tuna
