For me I cannot do DB shoulder presses I never have been able to get a good set with them, I can kill my shoulders on any other exercise. Also standing ex bar curls/cable curls, I just cannot get a good pump, my lower back gives out before my biceps so I need to lie down. Also the Machine preacher, it feels extremely un-natural and I cannot get a pump.
On the other hand my training partners and clients have their own. My favorite exercises some of my clients/training partners cannot do because of the "feel". What about you guys?

Which exercises feel the most "un-natural" to you?

Good mornings and hypers always feel a bit strange, probably due to weak hamstrings. Flat barbell bench feels unnatural as well. Whereas deadlifts, rows and pullups all feel really natural to me.
I think to make it feel natural you really need to develop the MMC. Rows always felt wierd to me until I learnt how to pull with my back more than my arms.

BB bench. I lift a TON more with DBs than I do with BB... I think my form is way off though...
If you need me, I'll be under 460+ pounds. If you find me on the floor, please get the weight off of me.
A curl works your arms.... not your back.
Shut up and eat!

When I started...it all felt pretty un-natural. I mean it felt as if I was trying to rip one body part from another, and technically, with exception of the more common compound lifts, we are opposing nature with what we put ourselves through. Only real tough one for me anymore is Hacks...only because they make me light headed and nauseous. All the more reason to keep them in my routine though...prolly means they are doin me some good

BB rows...i need to fix it, but they kill my lower back. just from the static holding, not much cheating.
front squats aren't unnatural persay but they ****ing feel uncomfortable as ****. holding it up is harder than using your lower bodyhttp://www.3dmusclejourney.com

I don't really have a "un-natural" feeling to any of my workouts, I just do it as it says. But the Machine preachers give me the biggest pump out of any bicep workout. Do you sit down while doing yours? If so try to just lean on the part where your arm-pits go, and let your legs out. This works out great.
BTW- HUGE ARMS man...

Why the T-Bar rows? Just wondering because I had trouble with these when I first started doing them because the bar would sway and throw me all off. But now I have my brother if he goes to the gym with me hold it between his feet, and if hes not there I put it on a corner of one of the machines.

good mornings, stiff-legged deadlifts, incline bb/db press. these exercises are incredibly hard to feel hamstrings working once you add a bit more weight. as for incline press, it just wrecks and overload my delts more than working chest. hell, i shoulder press the same weight as incline

BB bench
Weird that this seems to be a common answer since it seems to be the reference lift for so many guys." The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."
