I think it was meant to be racist. I have been hearing ( locally ont he radio news etc (I listen to that in the Am when going to work for traffic )) that obama this and obama that. I think that there is going to be aLOT of racial cartoons out there in the future. But thats political comedy. They will get at you in any and all ways.

if that cartoon is intended to be talking about Obama being a chimp, then its racist..there is no doubting it. Blacks have been called monkeys in the past and are still being called that till this day. Barack Obama has been called bad names and also Michael Steele was called horrible names when running for governor.
