    nagging muscle strains&pulls

been lifting for about 23 years & just recently started aquiring numerous amounts of muscle strains & pulls. I warmup about 5min. on a cardio machine before i get started. Is that enough ? I'm very cautious on my form yet i still have sustained 2 injuries in the past 2 weeks. Any advice?

I would venture to guess that no, it's not enough! You should be doing some mobility work prior to training, then some static or PNF stretching after. And I would recommend get your muscles "clean & healthy" by getting some Active Release or at least some deep tissue massage done. Doing these 3 things will do wonders for keeping your muscles injury free.
