As I calculate my TDEE(Maintenance) calories that I should eat a day, when I multiply by my activity level -- do I include the cardio and gym? I'm already adding 400 calories to my meal plan to for the cardio/gym activity that I do as to not go below into starvation mode. I go to the gym 3 times a week and do cardio 3 of the other days.
Now, for example, if I do cardio for an hour that burns 400 calories, do I eat 2800 calories or is some of these calories from cardio already added to my TDEE by the Activity Level formula?
My above post may be a little confusing. My question is basically when I multiple my BMR x 1.45(Activity Level) does that mean I shouldn't add 400 calories of exercise that I do 6 days a week? Other than doing my cardio/weight lifting I sit on my ass all day.
