Unhappy Knee pain wont go away after 2-3months :(

    Hi everyone,

Ive had pain in both my knees for some time now. The pain isn't always there. But I can start to feel it if I sit down for too long or when I bend down.

I can still run up and down the stairs but its just a little uncomfortable on my knees.

I went to the doctors and they first gave me some pain killers and anti-inflammatories. That didn't have any effect. After that I had an x-ray done on both my knees. The x-rays came back and showed that my knees are fine..?

    So whats going on?

This leaves me to think its a problem with my cartilage? Should I go for an MRI to be safe or should I just put up with the pain?

Also I am wearing some knee supports which are helping a little.
These are the ones I'm using: http://www.physioroom.com/product/Vu...034/37237.html

    Thanks for your help
