plasma jet help!

I only have one sample and i want to make the best of it. here are my questions.

1. People talk about the sweet spot being imbetween 2-8 hrs. what do you think would be the best time to take it considering i don't have any room for "experimenting"?

2. if, hypothetically, i do go conservative and take it closer to 8 hrs, how will i know if it starts to work earlier? some people say that they take it 8hrs before but feel it like in 3-4 hrs. what do they feel and is it noticable.

Personally, I found 2 hours pre (empty stomach) to be the best for higher end NO supps. If you have been cranking N.O. supps for a while, and or caffeine intake is high I would take it longer before.

Back when it first came out I used 5 with one scoop of superpump, and loved it. My first 10 dosage was too much, but at the time my NO supps were at a minimal as well as my caffeine. These days I need to use more than the average dose of NO supps, and space them 2-4 hours pre-workout. Back then I could do 30 mins prior and be fine.

why are you talking about caffeine? There is no caffeine in PJ. Moreover, how is 10 pills too much? There is really no feeling or sensation from PJ.

OP-
Use it in the sweet spot. I like 2-3 hours. I feel stunning pumps.

You're going to get mixed answers it's all really trial and error, unfortunately you only have one blister pack. I went through 3 before I found that sweet spot. I hit the gym at 4:15am in the morning so I take it before bed the night before. Like others here I then take a N.O. supp with Caffeine 30-40mins before to kick start my day. My vote is for 4 hours before workout for first time users.

I used PlasmaJet 2-3 hours pre-workout combined with SuperPump250 30 minutes pre-workout for insane pumps that I had never felt before.

OP what does your schedule look like? At what time do you hit the gym what's your meal schedule look like for the day. I think this will ultimately help us help you with determining the timing for taking PJ.

my workouts are at noon. but i eat around ten (thats when the cafeteria opens, i'm subjected to college life!).

Joeski from looking at a couple of other threads regarding timing I would suggest you take it closer to the 8 hour mark. Since it's your first time trying it out, I would suggest you take it at 7 or 8 in the morning because you may be slow to respond to it. Then as you would any other day you can take your pre-workout 30-45 mins before your workout. Hope it works out for you, keep us posted.

i just ordered it, and i should get it by saturday. so i'm going to use it on my sunday workout! so you can expect some feedback and analyzation of plasma jet. i'm going to stack it with sp250, which i love!

That's a great combo, I've been using it for 2 weeks now and the Pumps are INSANE I always pop my pills the day before I do Chest or Biceps. Using it along with SizeOn it's a killer stack. Enjoy!

sp250 11:40am (i've had great success 20 min pre workout)
workout noon

how does this look?

about 2 hours seems to work for me. I do notice sometimes within half an hour that I get all revved up for no reason, so I believe its the PJ. Plus, if your face starts turning red or getting a slight headache(like a sinus opening), it's working.

one more question. how long should it be after i take it to eat? i'm planning on taking it at 9 and eating an hour later at 10? is this ok?

30-45min is ideal, longer is fine too.

so, today was the day and let me tell you it was awesome! best workout i've had! i felt strong and i felt a super good pump. definatly considering buying this product. only downside was i'm not use to taking ten pills, but everyother day isn't that bad!

i think that 3 hrs pre-workout was definatly my sweet spot. i also felt like i had more endurance throughout the workout. i attribute that to more oxygen in my muscles via kick ass vasodilation by plasma jet.
