A little about me first.
I'm 19 years old, and a freshman in college. My major is International Business and Marketing at this point. My whole life, or since 4th grade - I have been overweight.
In high school, I played football and powerlifted. I was All-OHC Defensive Tackle, and set the school record for bench press. At this point, I was still overweight, but I hid it much more.
Five years ago, I thought I found the girl of my dreams. We got together fall of freshman year, and I started dedicating all my time to her when I wasn't doing football/weightlifting. We both graduated in 2007, and I went into the workforce so we could move in together.
Needless to say, she was a raging ****(Sorry ladies, I know you hate the word) & we recently broke up about a month ago. Looking back now, I can't believe how fat I've gotten. I feel ashamed posting pictures on here, but it gives me a base to look at.
I've also stopped smoking this past week, which was harder than anything I've ever done.
Stats as of right now:
Weight: 340lbs
BF%: 37.5
LBM: 224
I figure about 180g fat, 220ish protein, and 33g carbs. I will start posting workouts tomorrow, but for now, here is my diet for today. I realize there is much better stuff I can be eating, but today was so hectic.
