    Supps and Cardio

Do you take any supps for cardio?
Are their any supps that help with cardio? That give an extra boost? Make it increase your intensity and duration?

Stupid question, I know, but I am curious.

All of those products do have BCAAs and would fit your goals quite well, however each differ a bit in what additional ingredients that have in them. You can check out the bb.com superstore for more info on each of them.

ehhh.... I wouldn't jump the gun and get any NO products for cardio. Personally I had a harder time doing cardio while taking NO, because my legs would pump so dang hard that it actually made cardio harder. Any sort of pre-workout energy supplements would prob help more than NO products.

    just my 2 cents...
