    Creatine + Weight Gain

I've been taking creatine for about 2 weeks now, i did a loading phase for 5 days (i know its not required, but i did it anyway) and now i take 10g a day, either in the morning or post workout. I was 209 when i started, I am now 220. 209 to 220, in 2 weeks. I'm thinking thats water weight mostly, although I have made some pretty hardcore gains. I've been at 220 now for about a week, seem to be staying there now. Was that initial uptake of weight normal for starting creatine? I've been drinking water like a camel to stay hydrated.

Thats definately mostly water weight. Even if you are still on the creatine and start drinking less water, you'll go down. Right now just start packing on the calories and hitting the gym to start getting the true gains.

you are taking way too much. There is no need for 10g of creatine a day.
I WILL win the war against genetics.

I take monohydrate on off days, first thing in the morning. On training days i take MT Celltech. I ONLY take celltech after hard lifting sessions because of all that damn dextrose, makes no sense otherwise.

What makes even less sense is that you know Cell-Tech is just mono+dextrose, and you keep buying it. I'll be honest and say I bought some before, but then I realized what it was. If you have bulk mono, you can just mix that with gatorade and you have basically what you'd get from the Cell-Tech.

So I'm not saying Cell-Tech is worthless, but since you know what you're paying for, why pay that much? Just add the mono to a carb drink and you get something that even tastes better.

There is more to Celltech then Mono + Gatorade. It is costly, but i dont think comparing it to mono and juice is doing it justice either.

Unless that 75g of dextrose is going to make me fat, then **** Celltech lol.
