Is it too soon for this?? Post pics of your bikes (motorcycles)
so this past weekend i started working on my bike, installing all the new parts i bought for it over the winter. Now im really getting the itch to ride. this thread is for all the people like me who cant ride year round (boston winter sux) but cant wait to get back on a bike. and for the people from socal and florida who ride year round, screw you.. but post pics of your bikes too anyway.
heres mine
K8 GSXR 1000. i just bought this bike at the end of october and only got about 400 miles on it before it went into storage i got a pretty good deal on it for buying in the off season. all stock in the pics but its in the process of getting an m4 slip on, bmc filter, pc3, puig windscreen, frame sliders, smoked front and rear signal lenses, hid's and a fender eliminator
here's my old bike
K3 GSXR 750. this is the bike i traded in for the k8 1000. had a full titanium (evo) akra exhaust, bmc filter, pc3, db windscreen, frame sliders, hb undertail w/ integrated led signals and tail/brake lights, flush mount led front signals, hid's, and some other minor stuff

i rode the last month or so. if it is over 32 i'm out for the weekends. then again i have an '07 ninja 250 and wouldn't shed a huge tear if i low sided it on cinders. on the other hand, if i dumped the speed triple or cbr1000 i'd cry for weeks.

its not the cold that gets me... ive been there and done that.. its the new potholes and the sand/salt... i usually wait a while for the roads to be cleaned and patched... the liter bikes are much more picky about patches of sand...
