    What rep's to reach hypertrophy

    I have heard many conflicting accounts of how many reps you need to reach hypertrophy. Some people say 6-12, others say 10-14, and everywhere inbetween. Is there a definitive answer to this question? Or does it vary for different body parts, different excersises, etc....thanks in advance!!

    it will vary from person to person and body part to body part..


    there is not MAGICAL number of reps and sets that will automatically max out hypertrophy.. its just how your body reacts
