    Need help!

Hey guys, newbie here... Just started working out again 2 weeks ago... Been taking 2 scoops quickmass daily on off days.. and on days 4 scoops.. 2 drinks total. My main concern is I am a skinny guy with belly fat.. Ive been running on the treadmill every two days also. about 1.5 miles each time.. my main goal is to lose the belly fat and get bigger in the arms,shoulder,chest.. but also get more defined. I was hoping for some tips, advice.. and also if drinking the protiene will effect my treadmill workouts in hope of burnign the bit of belly fat off.

    If it matters I am 6'4 203lbs.

    Thanks alot guys

The only advice I can give you is this:

Pick a program and do it with consistency and intensity. Eat a healthy, balanced diet. Change your routine when you stop seeing gains. Don't worry about stuff like the protein effecting your cardio. Just work hard.

Do this for a year and see where you are.

It's that simple. There is no easy way to do this. Hard work and discipline will get you what you want.

Good luck! You can do this.
