    most dangerous thing you do with weights?

    what is the stupidest thing you do with the weights during workouts to get an excersise done?
    on dumbell triceps ext i use a heavy weight and have to catch it when i lower it down,and have nearly taken my head off on numerous occasions.

    Sometimes I like to throw 10lb plates across the gym like a frisbee so I can strengthen my ultimate frisbee muscles, I guess that's pretty dangerous for other people.
