    Arrow energy drinks and lifting

I am thinking of taking energy drinks before i workout not every time just maybe twice a week when i am not feeling it. Is this a good idea or not. Also im getting sugar free energy drinks so they will not have as many calories.

it is fine, most energy drinks have a good amount of b-vitamins and taurine (will help you focus), along with some aminos (depending on the drink).
