Extreme Back of Head Pounding While Lifting
I have been lifting for a couple months with no problem.
Decided to try out White Flood and Purple Wraath and have used it two days.
Both days I cant even finish my second set of bench press because I get an extreme pulsing head ache in the back of my head.
I have read that this can be because of a pinched nerve or other things, but I find it hard to believe its something like that because its only happened since I started taking White Flood and Purple Wraath.
Anyone ever get this before? Its the most intense pain I have ever experienced, I can barely even see and type. Its like an insane pulsing. I tried lifting 10 minutes ago and its still pounding.

Maybe this is a sign to stop using it.

I got exactly the same symptoms alongside Omega 3, 6 and 9 tabs.
Quit taking the supps for a few weeks and see if it stops. If not, go see a doc.
Mine was fine when I stopped the 3, 6 and 9, and carried on taking 1000mg Omega 3.

I have never felt anything like this.
I had a metal rod tear my knee up in midair and fractured my knee cap and tore my ACL and needed 30 stitches 3 layers deep to sew it back up.
And this is ****ing worst than that.
I havent seen this as a side effect so I was wondering if anyone has.

I venture you are having a side effect of the supplements. I'd point to Beta Alanine in the White Flood that could be causing this. Avoid White Flood next work out and see if it goes away.

It kind of feels like this, because I can bust out a few reps and then I feel it coming on. And by the time I stop it just increases until its excruciating.
I havent lifted since Wednesday and I am definitely not overtraining though.

Maybe your blood pressure is a little high. I know when my heart rate is up I get the same thing while trying to bench. Even when I'm off a cycle. I asked my mom (Nurse) and she told me that was most likely due to high blood pressure during my work outs.

That happened to me twice. I ****ing hate it. I got them on both occasions when I stopped chewing tobacco. Just don't lift for a week or two and you'll be fine.

Maybe but I used the tablets as a free sample and it didnt do this. Im taking the powder now.
I also have recently started taking PEA. Maybe that has something to do with it?

this. I had this once back in november, and for weeks afterwards I couldn't lift heavy anymore. I had to take a month break because otherwise it would come right back. sucked hardcore.
though i'm not sure its from holding breath, maybe CNS overload like someone else said?

this, hence the half an asprin each day, it will lower blood pressure and thin the blood.

For those that have gotten these headaches before, where were they located.
Mine is at the very back of my head, pretty much where my spinal cord meets my head. Is this where extersion headaches occur?

It's called an exertion headache.

If this occured while I was doing squats I would fall straight over.
It cant be the Purple Wraath because I havent even drank any of it because my headache happens right at the beginning of my workout.
So its either the PEA or White Flood I have started taking. I also take Green Mag creatine but I have been on that for like a month so I doubt its that.
I just think its too big of a coincidence to be an extersion headache. I took a sample of Vasocharge before (another NO product) and it worked great and didnt give me this ridiculous headache.
So either White Flood or PEA. Is anyone aware this being a side effect of PEA? I am only taking 500 mg a day.

SERIOUSLY BRAH
The white/purple stack isnt going to do **** to add mass anyways. better just quit them and see if your symptoms go away.
even these 'harmless' supss can have side effects.
I remember when i was taking NO2, I would get horrendus nose bleeds. not worth it!

this happened to me on my third or fourth week of jungle warfare, i quit taking the supp and they went away

i started taking white flood recently and had the exact same thing happen. the first time i took white flood i started seeing stars and black spots about 30 - 60 min after my workout. As you can imagine i was pretty freaked out and had my roommate ready to take me to the hospital because i thought i was going blind. It eventually passed but i think what contributes to it is over training.
My roommate said he had something similar happen to him one time even though he doesn't take sups and went to the doctor for it. Turns out it was probably due to him not getting in enough carbs. Im guessing this might play a factor because i had not eaten alot of carbs that week. I still take white flood and haven't had the problem since i started eating more carbs. My guess is you arent getting enough carbs.
on a side note i will not buy anymore white flood after my current supply runs out.

i made a thread on this a couple of months ago, it's from not breathing properly. Take 2 weeks off, and then do some pushups after 2 weeks and if you still get the headache pain, stop for another week.

Sounds kind of similar to my pain except it happens right at the beginning of my workout. I almost start blacking out its so intense and I cant even hold my head up. The rest of the day my vision is blurred.
I think I have a good diet. I am just going to stop taking the White Flood and Purple Wraath and PEA.
On another note my ears feel like they are on fire they are so hot. I am going to take a day or two off and then see if it comes back.

I am going to take a couple days off and try lifting again without the White Flood.
Hopefully its just a side effect and not an extersion headache, I dont want to lose a month of lifting.
EDIT: Im also not going to take PEA anymore.
