Some feel it's more beneficial to have a pump in opposing bodyparts simultaneously, i.e. bi/tri supersets

u pointed out the key points really. I feel doing supersets help you work your musclse to failure. I wouldnt suggest doing these all the time, but they are a great additoin to building muscle.

and i like the feeling of not being able to move your arms after a great arms day work out

Supersetting, especially heavy compound lifts such as BB row/BB Bench will also improve your CNS over time.

Supersets help your body develope a real world muscle. The guys at Gym Jones do them almost exclusively because they do all sorts of crazy sports. I.E. Alpine climbin, long distance rowing, etc.
