hey yall, just got a question. I'm gonna begin being stricter with my diet, and ensure that I get a certain amount of carbs, protein, fat every meal. The one problem I see occuring is that I won't get enough protein during my second meal (between breakfast and lunch). I can't eat chicken, or tuna during this time cause I have classes and I actually can't eat in those classes (only during the 7 minute transition will I be able to eat).
Nutrition --- 3500 Calorie Diet
Total Carbohydrates per day---440g
Total Protein ---265g
Total Fat---77 g
90 grams of carbs per meal,
52 grams protein per meal
15.4 grams fat per meal
Calories per meal 350
That's what I got so far, it's a 50:30:20 ratio. Any advice on foods that have a lot of protein, easy to eat, don't smell too much, and don't require cooking??? i'm thinking almonds, etc, but that'll take a ton! Thanks yall
