Help with future Spawn Cycle

I read through a members recent log of spawn and am very interested in starting my own cycle when I turn 21 in a few months.

I've been consistently working out for 4-5 years now. I'm 5'7" and I weigh 182. I want to keep my gains as lean as possible.

I want to get every part of this cycle nailed down to perfection. I was going to pretty much mimic his supplementation as far as pre, during and post cycle support.

I have a few questions regarding the supplements though.

Orange triad is a combined multi and joint support product. Can I take that insead of animal pak and flex or would you guys recommend that I take the animal products?

How should I dose my taurine and are there any particular brands you guys recommend?

How should I dose my Vitamin C?

I don't think I can get nolva or clomid, are there any alternatives or will I be ok without them?

Should I run a fat burner like lean extreme the whole time or start it at the beginning of the third week like the other member?

Why have you decided on Spawn for your first cycle? I would look into something like H-Drol or Bold 200 for now.

yes u can take your orange triad. but if you prefer animal products you can use those as well. nothing wrong with either one of em

as for Taurine, i did at least 5grams daily. and then sometimes 10 on my workout days.(depending on which preworkout i was taking they usually had taurine in it)

dont really need that much vit C. but if you want an extra 1-4g of it wouldnt hurt.

its preferable for the "just in case" but its not 100% necessary. but what are u using for PCT?

idk why but most stim based fatburners will raise BP and if you have problems with that then id stay away but if not every now and then is okay. most people use LX as part of their PCT to control cortisol levels as they rise.

I chose spawn as my first ph because everyone seems to be getting great gains from it. And I know that I have the time and discipline to follow through with it right and not skimp out in any way. Nutrition and workout are on point as well.

My PCT would be:

Reversitol
Supremacy
B6
Presurge or White Flood

Any more responses would be very helpful. Like I said earlier, I want this to go as close to perfect as possible so I will do whatever it takes to make that happen.

I agree look into Bold or 3AD for your first time, then step it up on your next run.
