I'm not arguing the opposite. I'm simply stating that the jury is still out. Based on a variety of factors, I try and avoid HFCS syrup if I can, but if I'm in a situation where I don't have a choice I accept it without freaking out.

There is a lot more data out there than you seem to think. Take the time and do a lit search. You might be surprised.

Really, I've read the data. It's inconclusive. The real studies we need have no been done yet.
