Subway wheat bread unhealthy?
I want to know I will be alright eating subway 6-12 inch subs every day for lunch I get the oven roasted chicken breast 6-12 inch sub and I just found out the bread has High Fructose corn syrup in it.
Will this hurt my weight loss goals?

Depends on your definition of "unhealthy"
You'd be better off packing a lunch to avoid all the additives, but Subway won't kill you.

Hahaha, that would be amazing. I bet it could be done too. Three whoppers on a cut and 5 whoppers on a bulk! And a multi-vitamin! :P
As far as body composition is concerned, the amount you eat has more effect than what you eat.

I dunno why no one said it...HFCS is no worse for you than sugar. It's got a little bit of sugar in it. You'll live, brah.

This, the danger of HFCS is that it is slightly more concentrated, but the amount in the wheat bread of Subway is very little.
I eat Subway every once in awhile, less now that I realized that buying bread, chicken breasts, spinach, and hot sauce is cheaper.

No matter what the HFCS cartel says, the data is still out on that point. There have been studies that suggest the way HFCS has to be metabolized by the liver may make fat gains more likely.
That being said, eating Subway ever now and then wont kill your diet. Total calories are more important.

there was a thread on this before.
it pretty much showed that their wheat bread isnt really wheat and you might as well just get white bread there.

Do you enjoy it? If yes-
Are you losing weight at your desired rate?
If you answered yes to those two questions- your fine.

Foot-long Subs contain around 400-450 calories (Just the bread alone).
To be totally honest with you, Subway's 'wheat' bread is crappy. It tastes very bland.
I'd go for the Italian Herbs & Cheese! There's only around 20 calorie difference, plus is tastes A LOT better.
Well, it's down to personal preference really.

I looked at the nutritional differences between Subway's wheat and white bread and they are almost exactly the same. Just get whichever one you like more.

because natural is the way to go. 100% WHole wheat (natural) is by far better than enriched (added into the flour)
I used to work there and most of the food they use is expired because the owners are cheap and do not want to waste food.
The only fresh items are the avacados or the tomatoes (done everyday)

I don't know if I would call fiber a major advantage.

What do you mean "added into the flour"?
And just cuz WW is "better", doesn't make enriched "bad", or does it?

Enriched means they add ingredients into the flour. It might not be bad for you but personally i do not like eating truly processed foods

So adding vitamins and minerals to food is bad?
Do you take a multivitamin, and if so, how it is different?

i know what you are trying to do. U remind me of my philosophy professor. Yes i understand your point of view on the multi-vitamin thingy. I think i will retract my statements about enriched being bad but for my own personal opinion i like 100%
