Creatine is more commonly taken by doing a loading phase of 20grams per day for 5 days and then entering the maintenance phase of 5grams per day. However some say that it is just effective taking 5 grams per day for 30 days and the same results will be reached...
Just wondering if anyone has any insight into this argument and if the loading phase is just a hoax to get more money out of you.

i was thinking of purchasing an effervescent form of creatine which does not use a loading phase.
