Unhappy Mitotropin Help Here Please.

Picked up two paks off BB.com tonight. I read logs before purchase, ingredients look solid, logs look pretty solid, but the CS dude advised me not to go with it for over a month. Can one of you Gaspari guys tell me if I should be okay going on a straight-shot 8 week cycle with consistent results (assuming that my cardio and diet will stay on track, ofcourse--- WHICH IT WILL).

Plan is 300g protein, 160g carbs, 50g fats from olive oil, and natty PB.
Cardio is intensity of: 115-120 bpm, 30 mins/5x per week, +10 mins each week-week-and-a-half, with a max of 60 mins.

thanks

i would probably be a good idea to take time off between bottles due to the thyroid products it contains, plus you'll probably start to notice a tolerance to the stims.

PS you might want to follow carb cycling, i'm sure the book that comes with the bottle will give you a good explination on how it works

8 weeks is way too long. Your carbs seem a tad high and your fats are low. With the kit we recommend carb cycling but I personally prefer a ketogenic diet. It's a bit much for a beginner which is why we went with carb cycling. Regardless, any "cutting" diet will work with Mitotropin.

Can I ask how long you plan on cutting for and maybe we can come up with a good cycle.

i personally would not run them back to back because of the 3,3 and 3,5

my advice would be to run it for 30 days, take off two weeks, adn then run another bottle...

SportPharma Joint-V
Animal Pak
Animal M.stak for 6 cycles and off m.stak for 2 months and then continue
Animal Pump cycled with shock therapy (from month to month)

What are your thoughts on test boosters? AI's, PH's, designers, etc.

I LOVE test boosters. I have only done 1 PH cycle 3-ad @ 3 caps for 21 days followed by 30 days of aPCT. I blew up like crazy even though I was dosing very light for my weight at the time. But that was last summer. I have a stash of the 1-ad with the 11-oxo bridge that I purchased right before ergopharm ran out of the stuff (bought it in september or so). I am 50lbs over weight right now (230 with 8 or so % BF, and currently at 280lbs) so I am waiting to do the 1-ad when I get down to 230-240 range. I havent tried any DS yet. That is pretty much my supp history in a nutshell.

I usually cycle between animal stak, animal test, animal m.stak. I tried hyperdrol X2+massFX once, novedex xt a couple of times, and sarm-x+tbomb II once but I didnt quite fancy the MHP stack.

Cool. I'm in a meeting now (and posting...lol) but when it's over I'll type something up.

lol all good brah. Tell big Rich I says hi hehehehe

once again, thanks for this time Des, I really appreciate everything you can help me out with.

Edit: BTW; my keto diet is:

60g protein + 2 tbsp natty PB
60g protein + 2 tbsp natty PB
16oz chicken + large green salad + 3 tbsp olive oil
8 whole eggs large
48g protein + 1/3cups of almonds

should be around 300g protein, 140g fats. Kinda ****ty with the 3 shakes I know, but Im not a big eater and my job requires to be up and about a lot. Most of my nutrition goes down in liquid form.

Make sure on Saturday or Sundays you have a carb up meal (I'm assuming you are following Palumbo's keto diet). I'd also opt for you to have six meals per day instead of five. Trust me, you'll want six and might even want to only have one protein shake per day just for satiation purposes.

1-4 Lean Xtreme + DCP, Activate 4 Caps
5-8 Mitotropin,
9-12 Cytolean V2, Novedex XT 2 Caps
13-16 Mitotropin, Novedex XT 1 Cap, Activate 4 Caps

Staples throughout: NOW Foods Ubiquinol (50mgs AM & PM), Creatine monohydrate (half a teaspoon with breakfast), multi (Orange Triad looks pretty solid these days), Life Extension Super 03 (4 caps per day before bed).

It works very well. The carb-up/cheat meals really become the shining moment every week...lol. Best of luck.

Des,

How do you recommend taking the ubinquol? With meals? Pre-workout? Any info would be helpful.

Thanks!

What if you workout in the AM :-)? 50 mg pre-workout, and then 50g pre-bed on an empty stomach, or with last meal of the day?

In what way? Do other stim-based products make you feel this way?

I have taken a lot of other stim based products (Hydroxycut hardcore, reduction) I have never felt sick like this before. Its a feeling of near death, that is the only way I can describe it (I am currently running a log about it). I cant take any multivitamins, fish oil, BCAA, Creatine, etc. with it or I am KNOCKED out cold. We are talking about literally climbing into bed at 4:00 in the afternoon and sleeping for 3+ hrs. So I can only take Mito and nothing with it. I drink 2+ gal of water a day (not kidding) and still feel dehydrated. It makes me feel like my clothes are too tight, and like I need air. I am finally after 3 weeks finally able to take the pills with out wanting to die.

Do you feel sick or drained? Uncoupling will knock the energy out of you, almost as if gravity had a greater effect on every movement you make.

I wouldnt take 2 straight cycles of mitotropin either..its some hardcore ****...i plan on running one cycle of it myself next month with my new stack, but on the bottle it says take in no more caffeine or added stims..does this mean that if i had white flood in my stack i should just leave it out as a pre-workout mix???

I would save the white flood for after the mito cycle. Theres plenty of stimulants and other goodies in mito.

Does one notice this on Mitotropin? I'm on day 2 and don't notice quite what you are describing...

thats what i was figuring plus it would save me $35...ive never tried a thermo but mitotropin definately seems like a solid product..ive found that all gaspari products are legit lol

i must say ive never truly dieted for cutting..usually i just eat a ton and my training is really intense and my sport is so i can keep the "6 pack" and cheat a bit..but starting next month im going all out and want to get on a solid diet..any suggestions?? ive been thinking about following a diet similar to that on scoobysworkshop cause i will say even though he is corny as hell he does know how to eat right..does anyone have any other suggestions?
