    need suggestions

i was participating in the 700lb deadlift thread but by the way things are going there is no way i am gunna get 700. my deadlift hit a platueua. I added weight slowly up till 605, it was all noob gain. Squat is not the issue, i can squat 5 plates and can front squat almost 4. I can good morning 365 and i can rack pull the same as my d/l if below the knee, and much more if above the knee (not that i ever do above the knee). The thing is my stiff leg is very low, around 365x3, i do them super strict and go down far. I havent pulled heavy in a few weeks, i was wondering if it may be beneficial to focus hard on those stiff leg d/l and get them up to like 455. Also im not interested in the gaining weight suggestions, i plan to weigh 220 in a few weeks and do a first meet at 220

Where do you generally hit a sticking point? what type of training have you done to date?

Do you have a video of yourself deadlifting 90+% of your 1rm?
