    How can u make chicken breast like in Subways?

    Thats it, I officially cant eat chicken anymore...I been eating it like crazy in the past days but today I almost threw up. I make it on the george forman grill and bring it to work, but it gets so DRY and even with seasoning its just terrible...After 1min of the microwave its ruined...it tastes like a shoe...

    How does subway make their roasted chicken ? I could eat that forever, its nice and soft (no homo) and less chewy then the chicken breast I make.

    hey man, you should bake your chicken in the oven, it stays juicy for days even in the fridge. just preheat the oven to 350 degrees, get an oven tray, place like as many defrosted pieces of chicken breast on it, and bake it for like 20 minutes, take it out, flip and bake for another 20...also good to marinate it and add some seasoning - its delicious and you can just set it and forget it.

    btw, how was the cardio? did u burn 1000 calories?

    I eat a chicken breast in meals 3-4 times a day. I cook them on a cast iron skillet on the stovetop. It tastes like it would if it was grilled outside.

    George Foremans are notorious for drying meat out. Honestly, they are convenient, but only if you like eating cardboard.

    It takes me ~10 minutes to cook my chicken breast on the stovetop and it tastes 1000x better than it would on a Foreman.

    dude this is the most ****ed up thread ive ever read. Subway's pre-cooked chicken slab is FAKE chicken, it has filler. I really cant believe u just asked how to make chicken like Subway does. the chicken slab is their worst item. Unless you mean their chicken teryaki which is awesome.

    It's not the greatest chicken, but it's not bad either. Packed with sodium though, obviously. I get it every time I goto subway.

    try dicing your chicken up and cooking it as a stir fry, i usually just put in like 20 oz of diced chicken with a bag of stir fry veggies, eat half and package the other half for lunch the next day. Definitely keeps a lot more moisture than when cooked as a whole on the foreman. Baked breasts as mentioned above maintain a lot more moisture as well.

    bro...Buy lemon pepper seasoning, spinkle generously on both sides of defrosted chicken breasts and cook in the oven.....good stuff, very tasty and it didnt come out too dry when i reheated.

    most likely their chicken is not really a breast but a bunch of meat pressed into a patty to give it a nice texture and flavor

    If you want chicken to be nice and moist, sear it in a pan quickly on both sides.You could also saute some potatoes, celery, mushrooms, add the chicken back to the pan then fill the pan up about half way up the chicken with stock..


    Also, don't season with salt longer than 15 minutes before cooking. It will pull the moisture out of the center and onto the surface, leaving your chicken dry and nasty

    I always used to cook on a skillet, and the chicken was always dry. I tried cooking the whole breasts in the oven and they were SO much better. Very juicy.
