Some creatine Questions.
this will be my first time taking creatine and i really dont know what to do so.
1. is it safe for a 17 year old?
2. how munch water should i take while i use it?
3. is it good to take befor school?
i just got this today

1. Yeah its safe man, you do know you can get it from foods right? (red meat)
2. Just make sure your drinking a lot of water throughout the day, I don't think there is a specific amount you need. Just make sure your hydrated (piss=relatively clear)
3. Take it after your workout.
Its not a miracle drug, its not a big deal to be on it. Its just the general public's misconception that its a "steroid".

thanks man but you say take it after and the Directions say take it prior to exercise.?

I've heard people say take it before workout and others say take it after. I'm sure there's not a lot of difference, both ways will keep creatine saturated in your body to a degree.

On non workout days, take in the morning.
On workout days, take after workout.

ya guys how long should u stay on creatine mono for like 4-6 weeks right then go off for 2 weeks or so and do nother cycle

I don't think cycling it is necessary. I've heard that the "loading" phase is bogus. Your body only needs 5g per day.

I don't see why you'd need to cycle it. Contrary to popular opinion it isnt a steroid.

This, i have not loaded or cycled creatine and it's working fine.

I'd just keep taking it as normal. I think the loading phase for creatine got proved as unnecessary.
