    How's this workout?

    Hey all, could I get some feedback on this routine?

    Bench Press 6x4
    Barbell Squat 6x4
    Dumbbell Fly 3x12
    One-Arm Row 5x10
    Lat Pulldown 3x8
    Chin/Dip 3x6 (superset)

    45° Bench Press 6x4
    Sumo Deadlift 6x4
    Dumbbell Fly 3x12
    One-Arm Row 5x10
    Lat Pulldown 3x8
    Chin/Dip 3x6 (superset)

    PUSH:PULL is even, yet it has 78 push reps and 92 pull reps.

    I run it as a AxBxAxx BxAxBxx.

    Hope to get some constructive feedback.

    lack of shoulders and hamstring.
    check out the best damn workout plan for natural lifters its seems pretty good. you could it either switch to it or use it for inspiration
