Hey all, could I get some feedback on this routine?
Bench Press 6x4
Barbell Squat 6x4
Dumbbell Fly 3x12
One-Arm Row 5x10
Lat Pulldown 3x8
Chin/Dip 3x6 (superset)
45° Bench Press 6x4
Sumo Deadlift 6x4
Dumbbell Fly 3x12
One-Arm Row 5x10
Lat Pulldown 3x8
Chin/Dip 3x6 (superset)
PUSH:PULL is even, yet it has 78 push reps and 92 pull reps.
I run it as a AxBxAxx BxAxBxx.
Hope to get some constructive feedback.
