I recently had a full hormonal checkup done and had my body fat measured. I was surprised to learn that I am 13% body fat. The reason I look as if I am 17-19% body fat is because it is almost all right under my skin. I am 6'1, 25 years old, and 170 lbs. I am pretty new to this site so any input, general or specific, would be helpful. My goal is just look lean, meaning since I'm 13% body fat I want to look it. Thanks!

at you height and weight I highlydoubtyou look fat. get on agoodstrengthprogram to build muscle and don't worry about abs for awhile. when you have decent mass cut the excess fat
