    Question about the Texas method

What happens when you need to periodize more than one thing? Say you need to periodize squats, rows, bench, and overhead press all at the same time, what would you do?

Following the generic writeup of it would make Monday have a ridiculous amount of sets, which is why I'm asking.

Isn't periodization for your CNS, not individual muscles? If so, I guess it's the overall workload that's must be varied

You can find a generic Texas Method here, via stronglifts. Looking at that might answer your question about volume.
