I am from Chicago. if you helped me get 200lbs lean i would give you my car and more. but i would need to be 200lbs and lean, ripped first. hell i would even put this on a contract if someone actually helped me out like that.
the only thing is that my veins would have to be popping out like crazy and i would have to be so ripped.

No, OP, I will not say something "mean" about you in this thread or in a pm. True "motivation" can't be found from the words of others, it has to come from within YOU. If YOU aren't truly motivated to lose weight and keep it off, then nothing anyone says is going to ultimately change that.
Anyways, best of luck and just keep imagining how much better you'll look and feel once you're lean, ripped, and fat-free!

If that was to me, I don't eat bread, myself (not a fan of sandwiches) but if I wanted them part of my diet, I'd prolly substitute for whole wheat wraps or pitas (only cuz I find them more filling).
But I'd rather spend my carbs on whole grain cereals, oatmeal, brown rice and/or whole wheat pasta, so bread/wraps don't usually have room to fit in for me

I was thin as a kid, but carried around a little baby fat. I always hated exercise until I discovered bodybuilding in college. But truthfully I was primarily motivated by women, I had no confidence or social skills so I got into incredible shape and made myself as visually appealing to women as possible. I also fine-tuned my sexual performance to really help destroy them(lol). It was all cake after that. Anyway, my point is to find a motivating factor to get in to great shape and also a mentor or idol, like Arnold or a male model. You can do it, brah, but make sure you visualize yourself doing it. Best of luck and keep us posted.
