hey thanks for the kind words guys.
I was living in nelson but now im up in canada visiting family, but ill be moving to christchurch. i play at 10
anyways, funny because i havent trained my legs in 4 months. ive been trying to get my upper body to catch up. genetics? i wouldnt think so, my dad has tiny legs and so did my grandad. but when i trained them i found that 20 rep squats did wonders for me. im not really dieting like crazy at the moment, but when i do diet i dont find it very difficult to cut carbs and not have cheat meals. but yea, i find my body responds best to low carb, low sodium and high fats. and yea my chest and bis are still somethin im killin myself for, my strength is good in my chest but yea, its slow growin.
