Last year I competed in the 220s but over the summer i was working out of town alot and gained alot of weight putting me into the 242's. What would be a good workout to help me get back down to the 220s by summer?

Might be more beneficial to focus on diet rather than routine. You can gain and lose weight off pretty much any routine as long as your diet is in check to do so.
"Clit stimulation if your fingers are dry is not a good idea. The clit is more sensitive than the underside of a guy's penis, apparently.
Good rule of thumb: make sure you're fingers aren't dry before they go anywhere NEAR her clit/pussy.
Also, besides myself, maybe 2-3 of you have actually done anything like this before..."
