Recently, I've been doing alot more cardio, mainly on the treadmill.
however, about 10 minutes in to my run, the front of both of my lower legs begin to hurt, any explanation for this?
what muscle actually goes around the front of the lower leg?
I only link this to when I broke my leg, as I have never experienced the soreness before I broke my leg. However, both legs ache whilst running :s
