    High Molecular Weight Carbs

    what are they?

    i have been told as soon as you wake its good to have 40g protein ,60gramd of high molecualr carbs and 5g of CARNITINE

    carb with carbon chain longer than 3 are complex.

    oatmeal, pasta are comples and low GI
    maltodextrin, potato are also complex, but high in GI

    correct me if i am wrong

    ah ok...so is it a good idea to take maltodextrin before a workout to fuel it?

    then like dextrose after?
