I'm having oatmeal with cinnamon and peanut butter in it.
Didn't bother taking a picture.
Anyone else always hungry? I can eat a big dinner of a huge steak, large baked potato fully loaded, corn on the cob, etc. and, 10 minutes later, I am back in the kitchen looking for something to eat.
Maybe I'm not hungry - just addicted to eating. I know that my stomach is full but I just always want to eat. So, it's nothing to do with eating more fiber, etc.
It sucks.

Yeah I know what you mean. An hour after I eat a fairly big meal I'll go to the kitchen looking for something else to eat, and then I'll realize I'm not hungry, but I'll eat anyway, because food is DA BOMB

After eating only around 1,000 calories for about 2 days, matched with constant dancing and stenous physical activity. Sunday I was starving, dehydrated, and literally looked like I lost 10lb's
I ate 1 whole bagette,
6 slices of cheddar cheese
a huge bbq chicken sandwhich
and 1-2 skirt steaks
2 bud lights, and 1 glass of wine.
