HELP HELP!! i need help with calories and stuff...

right.. so now you guys probably wonder how i got the size i have and has no clue as 2 how calories work and so on....

well i just ate and trained my ass off... it worked sofar...

BUT

Now I have been off gym for a little... ok big time and want to get back into it and live healthier.

THE question: How do you work our how much calories you burn in a day and how much u must take in?

Would apreciate some help.
