no it doesnt work

key ingredients are scientifically proven to be ineffective, and several other ingredients contradict each other.

disclaimers and small print is a powerful tool...
besides people dont usually bother to research what key ingredients can and cannot do.

HCA for example is effective, but in rats only.
Humans dont use the enzyme that HCA blocks to a great extent, but because there was a rat study done and it was effective, BSN can say that this product MAY have a desired effect even though they know that it will not.

Hi, really? So they are an absolute waste of money? My trainer recommended them. I was about to order.. So is this whole cheating idea just a dream?
I was having one cheat meal a week in my diet (no pills), is there a reason for this like metabolism? or just so you don't cheat any other time?

Chitosan (which is a key ingredient in these types of products), it's 100% proven to be effective. It's supposed to prevent your body from absorbing some of the fats. Kind of like the way Alli works.

But they're definitely a waste of money. Stick with the cheat meal. It's helpful psychologically (so that you get a mental break from dieting), and physiologically, to help bump the metabolism and associated hormones.

Eventually you wont need a cheat meal. They dont have alcoholics only drinking on a certain day with a certain meal. Its like reminding yourself of what you can't have every week.

As far as health benefits, there is a huge difference between a re-feed meal/day than a cheat meal/day
