Cardio, bulking, calorie question

So this may be dumb, but lets say your goal is 3000 calories for a bulk. And you do a cardio session that day and burn 400 calories. Should you try and eat 3400 calories that day to make up for the burned calories?

And also, would there be a difference in your appearance if you just ate the 3000 calories with no cardio, or did the cardio and ate 3400 calories?

Consier all exercise/activity/lifestyle when setting calories
Eating more w/ exercise will boost metabolsim compare to less of both
not to mention the benefits to overall health of "cardio" exercise

I would say no on eating more calories. I don't know about appearance per say, but 3000 calorie intake w/ no cardio vs. 3400 calorie intake with 400cal cardio = the same thing at the end of the day. It's 3000 total intake no matter which way you cut it.

not quite
more exercise increases metabolism
more food--> increased metabolism
Increasing metabolism + increasing metabolsim= increased metabolism
