Should the "carbs+fat together=stored bodyfat" be in the list of myths?

I used to hear this all the time. Some people actually still say this though. But for a little while now I've been hearing that people should actually put fats with their carbs sometimes to slow down digestion.

So was it just a big myth?

I eat fat and carbs together all the time. I don't see any kind of increase in bodyfat from it. Somewhat anecdotal, but I'm going with a myth.

    Course it's a myth.

A balanced meal is meant to have protein + carbs + fat anyway. What's more important is the portion sizes and overall calories of each, but you don't necessarily have to worry about cutting them out completely.
