So today I was doing my normal routine of rippetoe's following the pattern of upping the weight, I did my squats which are significantly higher than my bench, and everything seemed normal. But when I went to do my bench which is like 135 some random chicks on the softball team come up and tell me that i did a good job... I just don't get it...

I don't think she was being sarcastic... They were using the random machines, and most of them went in there today and squated just the bar... I'm not to worried about them i'm just trying to catch up to this swole dude that benches 300 for 3 sets of 8 :\ Even if she was being sarcastic i dgaf i'm not there for random spray on tans chicks..
