Universal Animal Stak and Pump

My question is can i take stak and pump at the same time, since it is recommended for both products to be taken 30 to 40 mins before a workout.

ya man, i did it for 2 months

here is how..

stak - 45mins before workout
Pump - 30mins before workout

I've gone through several cans of Pump and Stak. Never had any problems taking them all at once. Downing all the pills gets to be pita after a while.

Yeah i know what you mean, think i took about 28 pills today.

It all starts with the Pak.

Other than that, I'd say Omega and Nitro. They are staples on my shelf.

Well first off what are your goals?

I assume it's mass gain and strength gains, correct?

If so and you want to stick with the Animal/Universal line, then Stak and Pump are phenonemal...I would add Torrent (for POSTworkout) and Animal Pak for your multivitamin requirements..

I think I am liking my line-up!

I did a cycle of test + stak + pak + pump + sizeon + torrent with a solid bulking diet and a very heavy lifting routine. My results were outstanding.

I had so many people thinking I was on steroids while on that stack that I decided to look outside of the natural spectrum..
Im now getting ready to break into the world of PH's, but for natural stuff.... Animal products are phenominal.

Yes. Take test with the meal prior to your workout.
