Ive been really consistant the last 2 months. I lost a lot of fat in my first month but I was loosing too much muscle in the process so I decreased my deficit a little. I dont mind it taking longer as long as I get to keep my muscle I worked hard for. Just wondering if this is good progress for 2 months:
sorry for how dark the last pic is, my webcam was not co-operating.

Thanks for all the responses. I felt like i was doing well the first month but the last couple weeks has been slow so i just wanted to make sure i was still making good progress. its hard for me to judge, i think im doin ok.
I guess some tips that work for me:
I eat 500 below maintence + whatever I burn at the gym, which is usually 2000-2300 cals a day.
I do cardio 5-6x a week for 30-60mins a time because im training for a race.
I lift 4x a week
Sleep a lot
I guess it works[Stickam Crǝw]

Looks like decent progress to me . . . there's definitely a noticeable difference. Keep at it!
