Hi another pregnancy question,

Can i do abs exercises through the whole pregnancy?

Only until your abs separate. I'd say you could do most things easily for the first 3 months. I do have a really good link for you though that shows ab exercises you can do after that - http://babyfit.sparkpeople.com/pregn...se.asp?ex=core

After the fourth month, don't do exercises on your back (or stomach for that matter). Bench press can be done at an incline.
