in which case i'm sure 1 cheat meal is not going to kill you. just buy a big mac.. any of the low fat/healthier items on their menu like the grilled chick BLT's or whatever are expensive as **** compared to the regular burgers.

I work at Mcd's.. Seriously just ask the cashier for 2 grill chicken patties (Just the patties they can do that) and get a side salad without dressing.. or if you really want get the Italian light dressing. Also the fajitas aren't too bad but the cheese and tortilla are killers...

Just get a couple of burgers or some chicken. Ask for a milk or two instead of a soda, and dont get fries.

grilled chicken....Asian Salad if you friends wont make fun of you...No trans fat...only thing on the menu...even the milkshakes have transfats! lol
