Down 20lbs since November. Started at 245.
Mostly due to diet changes, cut out alcohol from the daily routine.
Can't wait for the next 20 to be gone.

I started somewhere in late September or early October of 2008. I was roughly 200 pounds then, cut down to 175, started bulking before I should have back up to 180, and now I'm cutting again (currently at 173). I have lost 27 pounds, but probably 30 pounds of total fat I would estimate in 4.5 months.

On December 14th 2008 I was about 216.
As of this Tuesday February 10th I'm down to 190.
Hope to be around 170-175 by the end of the January 1st competition.
By summer want to be in the 160's, then start bulking... Or just start bulking whenever I feel I have lost enough fat.

I've lost 15lbs so far. I was fed up at looking at a loose belly hangin over my belt....if u know what i mean. Beer seems to have that effect...lol. Quit drinking and have been enjoying some decent results. Keep up the good work fellas!!!

Started June 08 342lb now down to 204lbs, 138lbs lost another 20 or so left.
I started because I was sitting watching the biggest loser ironically and saw myself in the new mirror above the fireplace and finally realised it was time its like I really saw myself for the first time as a fat lump funny it never felt that way till that minute

I love the show I appreciate the extent of the training is a bit excessive and unrealistic for your everyday life but it shows what focus and all out effort can acheive sitting as a 350lb guy you feel real change is too far away and impossible (people far lighter than I was opt for a gastric bypass)so why bother you resign yourself to the fact you will always be fat.Watching that show just shows what can be done OK you realise you wont look like Arnie in a few months but you can be approaching normal and thats a big thing when you have been morbidly obese your whole adult life.
8 months ago I had a 58" waist and today I bought my first pair of 36" trousers and until I saw that show I thought that was impossible It sounds a bit schmaltzy but that show was the catalyst for me.

Seconding what cbrickhouse said. I can sit through all those ads, and faux acting knowing that it's helping people.
