What I want from the cycle:
This is a 6 week Post Cycle Therapy. Actual PCT starts Sunday Feb 15th.
I'm starting PCT weighing 283lbs. I'd like to stay above 280lbs and recomp a bit, and maintain the strength gains I made on cycle. I'm still shooting for gaining a little size in my arms and calves; the goal remains 19" arms and 20" calves when I'm done.
What I'll take during:
Week 1
AM Battle Fuel- 30 minutes before workout, or upon waking on rest days.
PM Liv52 2 caps,
Week 2
AM Battle Fuel- 30 minutes before workout, or upon waking on rest days.
PM Liv52 2 caps,
Week 3
AM Battle Fuel- 30 minutes before workout, or upon waking on rest days.
Lean X- 4 caps a day, each dose 4 hours apart Reversitol- 2 caps
PM Liv52 2 caps, Reversitol- 2 caps
Week 4
AM Battle Fuel- 30 minutes before workout, or upon waking on rest days.
Lean X- 3 caps a day, each dose 4 hours apart Reversitol- 1 cap
PM Liv52 2 caps, Reversitol- 2 caps
Week 5
AM Battle Fuel- 30 minutes before workout, or upon waking on rest days.
Lean X- 2 caps a day, each dose 4 hours apart Reversitol- 1 cap
PM Lean X- 1 cap Reversitol- 1 cap
Week 6
AM Battle Fuel- 30 minutes before workout, or upon waking on rest days.
Lean X- 1 cap
PM Reversitol- 1 cap
Others- Gaspari Plasma Jet and SizeOn, ON Whey, Syntha-6, Prolab N-Large 2. I might tweak these a little, none of these are on stone.
PlasmaJet will be new to me, and since its dosed to take every other day, I think it will be a fantastic compliment to the rest of my stack.
What I'll eat:
I'm not gonna count carbs or grams- I will just eat 6-7 meals a day, 2-3 hours apart.
Lots of lean meat: lean beef, chicken breast, salmon and other fish.
Veggies, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, brown rice.
No booze, and very little fried food or soda.
What I'll be training:
I work nights, 4 days on and 4 off, and my training is based on my workweek.
Most workouts will take place about 3PM, but keep in mind thats morning for me- I get up a little before 1PM. Vampire hours, for sure.
1 rest
2 shoulders and arms
3 legs
4 chest, back and traps
5 rest
6 shoulders, arms and abs
7 legs and extended cardio
8 chest, back, traps and abs
Every workout will start with 10-15 minutes of cardio, usually with 3-4 short intervals. I'll mainly use elliptical machines, maybe a spin bike.
Workout duration will be 45-60 minutes, almost never longer than an hour.
I'm rehabbing a minor shoulder injury, so I start upper body routines with about 10 minutes of shoulder warm up and mobility movements.
I'll be using dumbbells, barbells, and Hammer-type machines, for most workouts, usually in that order.
I want to hit the big muscles with 2-4 compound movements per workout. Small muscles like arms and calves usually get 2 moves.
Reps ranges (after warm up sets) will be the normal 8-12 per set.
Fellow big man boostthis89 made a great suggestion regarding exercises for bulking:
"Keep **** simple and compounded." I will use that advice for most of my exercises and movements.

well ill sum it up as simple and fast as I can..
supplement with say testosterone for example..
your body trys to maintain homestasis which is basicly just an equal balance of your bodys hormones... so it increases estrogen levels etc.. to try and balance out..
when you come off testosterone your estrogen levels are still increased and therefore you need to lower than to keep trying to maintain homestasis..
Now most PCT are designed to lower estrogen levels
BUT they also stimulate your LH(leutenizimg hormone) production which is pretty much why your nuts shrink because your getting supressed.. once your LH levels begin to come back so will your natural testosterone output your body will start to re-evaluate and go back to trying to maintain a good balance..
your body will return to normal without PCT but when?? how long??? dont you want your body to return you normal ASAP to help maintain gains?? how can you maintain gains without your body being 100%???

Heck- this is my first PCT!
TBH- I didn't look at other logs. MP designed Battle Fuel to be a PCT product, and it looks like it will cover both test and estrogen balance, and organ protection. I feel good about using this.
