three days a week?

i cut my work outs to three days a week monday is chest tri's, tuesday is back abd bi's, friday legs shoulders, is this enough for me to keep gaining on my bench it went up alot in the last month i am up to around 240 to 250 on my bench and weigh 180 but i also get ran to death at baseball practice 5 days a week...so let me no if i should add in more days a week

try some sort of upper body press, some sort of upper body pull, and then either squat or deadlift, preferably squat, dont 3 days a week.
