Lactose Free Milk..... My Azz!!
Then Why Is My Stomach Bubbling Immediately After
So I Got The Wise Idea After Reading The Forums That Maybe Lactose Free Milk Was The Godsend I Had Been Needing All My Life, Yep Even Since I Was Little...
But Ere Um, This Is Not The Bizness Stomach Still Bubbling And I Could've Got Double The Amount In Regular Milk For The Same Price, And Just Took My Lactase Pills Like I Usually Do. Although They Don't Work 100% All The Time...
Idk!!!

Raw would mean it's not pasteurized. Non-Homogenized does not mean raw.

Have you been tested as lactose intolerant? Not all dairy allergies relate to the lactose, so it could be the milk protein giving you gas.

What about other low-carb dairy products? Could it be an intorance to whey or casein? Can you take those as a protein powder?

Not sure about OP, but I experience the same problem with certain protein shakes (not ON's 100% whey), and if i eat a good amount of pasteurized cottage cheese

there's the same amount of lactose in raw milk as there is in regular milk, stop promoting this voodoo hippie bull**** like it's some godsend that will cure you of a genetic enzyme deficiency.
If you want to eat dairy and are actually lactose intolerant you may find that some yogurts may be easier (they contain lactase) or aged cheese (cheese is already low in lactase and it decreases as it's aged).

not promoting anything, just telling you my experience...
someone here has a problem with dairy, im just saying what worked for me.
